Privacy policy

Jorjar is a personal assistant service run by JORJAR LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what we store when you use jorjarlabs.com and how you stay in control of it.
What we store
- Your account. Your email address, the name you give your assistant, and when you created and last used the account.
- Sign-in. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we store the identifier and email address they give us so we can recognise you next time. We ask them only for your identity, not your mail, calendar or files.
- Sessions and codes. A session record so you stay signed in, and a short-lived hashed sign-in code when you use email sign-in.
- Conversations and saved memory. Conversations are retained so you can return to them. You can ask your assistant to remember, review, correct or forget details through chat. Your assistant data is kept in storage scoped to your account.
- Starting context. Your verified sign-in email starts a private profile. We may read up to four public pages on that email’s domain to find organisation context and exact-email professional matches. We do not send your full email to a search engine or data broker, and do not infer sensitive traits. Domain information does not establish your employer or role; public matches remain tentative and carry source links and dates. Personal email providers may yield no work context. You can review, replace or remove this profile in Chat → Starting context. Removing it stops discovery and prevents it being recreated on later visits. The profile is encrypted in your account’s runtime storage and included in your assistant data export.
- Your AI connection. We store the provider and model you choose and encrypt your API key on the server. The key is never included in exports.
- Imported credentials. If you choose to import logins, the export file is read on your device and only entries you select are sent to us. We encrypt their names, usernames, website addresses and passwords on our server. Importing does not connect those accounts or authorise actions through them. Imported credentials are not sent to AI providers or included in assistant data exports.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use your data to train models offered to other people.
- We do not read your mailbox or calendar unless you connect them later, and you can disconnect them at any time.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare hosts the website and account service. Resend sends sign-in emails. A separate Jorjar service stores conversations, saved memories, encrypted provider keys and encrypted imported credentials. This is not end-to-end encrypted storage; authorised service operators can access the stored assistant data.
When you connect an AI provider, your messages, starting profile, selected saved memories and recent conversation context are sent to that provider using your API account. Its retention and data-use terms and your account settings apply. Disconnecting removes the key held by Jorjar; it does not delete data already received by the provider.
Your control
You can review, correct or forget saved memories through chat. Export your conversations and memories, or delete assistant data, from Connections. Deleting a memory or starting profile does not delete copies in older conversations or already received by an AI provider. You can delete conversations and disconnect your AI from the dashboard. You can remove imported credentials individually from Connections; this does not delete the original account or change its password. Delete assistant data removes your runtime data, imported credentials and stored AI keys while retaining your sign-in account. For account deletion or other access and deletion requests, write to [email protected].
Google user data
Jorjar's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its limited use requirements. Sign in with Google gives us only your basic profile and email address.
